This place is amazing, the chef is very passionate about what he does from quality to presentation, staff and atmosphere. Everything I have had there is my favorite! Very friendly, accommodating and delicious. Don’t forget to try his strawberry cheesecake dessert roll

Decided to give this new sushi restaurant a try and man was I impressed!!! The menu is unique and offers customizable sushi roll as well as some very delicious signature rolls. We also tried the wings and they were very crispy and tender without being overly breaded. We will definitely be back. I’m wanting to try the sushi nachos next time!!! Update: We have been back to Sea Whip over a dozen times since my first review and they continue to hit it out of the park every time. I highly recommend the sushi nachos, they are incredible!!!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our dinner here! I am not a huge seafood fan like my husband, so sushi restaurants are hit or miss for me. There were lots of great options for even me!! We highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake roll. Weirdly amazing combination! Highly recommend checking this place out!

We ate at Seawhip Sushi Bar, and it was hands down the best sushi we’ve ever had! We ordered the Tuna Cowboy Roll, the Honeymoon Roll, and a few pieces of salmon sushi—and every single bite was incredible. The fish was so fresh, you’d swear they caught it that morning. It literally melted in our mouths. After this, sushi anywhere else will never be the same. Seriously, if you love sushi, this place is a must. Best sushi *ever*!

FRESH and DELICIOUS!! This was our second time here, and the experience was just as good if not better than the first time. We asked for the sushi chef to just put a plate together for us with his choices, and it was incredible. The sashimi just melted on our tongues like warm butter. The service was also super helpful and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is a hidden gem in the Dunedin area, and my new go-to spot for sushi. The fish is always fresh, and all the rolls I’ve tried are delicious whether I dine in or get takeout. I 100% recommend everyone to try this place if you’re a sushi lover like me.

I am obsessed with this hidden gem. Hands down the best, freshest sushi in Dunedin. I have multiple sushi restaurants closer to me but none can compete. Also love the option of creating my own rolls. I can’t say enough good things. 100% recommend and I tend to be a bit of a sushi snob. Yum! I can’t wait to go back.
